addiction recovery?

Q: Why is it so hard to recover from addiction?

A: Because “[p]eople will do everything possible, no matter how absurd, to avoid coming face-to-face with their soul,” said the founder of analytical psychology, Carl Jung.

All addicts can recover from addiction if they want to recover bad enough.

Unfortunately most addicts don’t actually want to recover, until after they experience the pain of hitting rock bottom and finally admit they need to do something.

Once an addict finally decides it’s time to get well, only two percent actually manage to recover long-term because the process of recovery requires an addict to look deep into their own soul.

AND THAT’S THE TRUTH
